Chef Waters grew up in the Rio Grande Valley and is a 2003 graduate of the Culinary School at the Art Institute of Houston. He worked for Eatzi’s Market and Bakery for 7 years including 3 years as Sous Chef and 1 year as Executive Sous. Later, he was an Executive Chef with Club Marketing Services, a food marketing company in Dallas, which worked with Wal-Mart and Sam’s. Chef Waters now works with Taco Cabana where he has been the Research and Development Chef for the last 2 years.
