newsflash11_holt Born in California, but living in Texas his whole life , Chef Peter Holt began cooking at a young age and working various positions in his parents restaurants. After realizing it was his passion to cook, he attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, shortly after graduating from high school. Not soon after graduating from the CIA he partnered up with his father Stan Holt, his brother Judson Holt and Paul McElroy to create a restaurant management company and to open several “Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurants” in the Houston area. He also along with his father opened “Roadster’s Grill” in Houston. As well with restaurant development he has had the opportunity to work in various food media projects involving food styling and consulting.

Currently he is Chief Development Officer and Partner for RDM Inc. a restaurant management and development company operating and expanding the Lupe Tortilla’s restaurants in the Texas market. He is also a privileged member of the Alumni Committee, along with the Society of Fellows at the Culinary Institute of America.
